If you’re joining me for the first time, we want to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident as we begin working together. The process begins with filling out a brief intake form that will help me better understand your needs and the challenges you're facing. We also encourage you to ask any questions you may have about the process, your treatment plan, or anything else. This is your space to feel heard and supported.
During your appointment, we will take time to listen to your concerns and discuss your history, current challenges, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized treatment plan focused on your unique needs. We accept a range of insurance plans including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and Medicare. Self pay patients are also welcome. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions about insurance coverage or payment options.
